We are looking for an Assistant Pipeline TD (Junior Pipeline TD) for our facility in Berlin.

Primary responsibilities as a Junior Pipeline TD:

• assisting our Pipeline TD in designing, developing and maintaining pipeline tools used by departments
• address technical problems the artists encounter together with the Pipeline TD and develop custom tools to improve the workflow

The VFX Editor incorporates all required versions (from animatics through to final composites) of visual effects shots into the current cuts of live action sequences.

Also has the ability to create a functioning environment where the Visual Effects Supervisor can evaluate any version of any shot in the current sequences for aesthetic and technical direction.

This position will also be pulling frames and organizing them for our artists, as well as deliveries and tracking.
• Maintain sequence edits and inserting visual effect shots into the timeline

  • The Texture Artist will be responsible for creating photorealistic textures and relevant maps for digital assets using the supplied photographic reference material and/or concept artwork
  • Develop and manage textures for production pipeline
  • Manage quality of 3D models and textures for production use, maintaining a high standard of work while being able to meet schedules and set deadlines
  • Work in partnership with Lighters and Compositors to ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard

Matchmover -- London Posted 21/8/2017

Matchmovers are responsible for creating CG cameras, object tracks and body tracks that adopt the same movements as the BG plate. They may also model geometry to enable the live action to integrate seamlessly with CG elements.

The Compositing Artist combines live-action and computer-generated elements into visual effects shots in order to realise the vision and creative direction of the client and VFX Supervisor. Digital Matte Painter (DMP) - London Posted 18/6/2017

We are looking for an experienced Digital Matter Painter (DMP) to join our London team for an exciting feature film opportunity. A strong understanding of real-world materials, lighting and composition is essential, as is a basic understanding of CG and compositing workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Able to create photo-realistic digital matte paintings in Photoshop
  • Assist with and develop the look of a shot/sequence in liaison with the VFX Supervisor and ensure that DMP meets client requirements
