We are currently looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Berlin. Immediate start available.


  • System and Server Administrator (RHEL6+, Win7+, Win2012R2+, OSX10.8.+)
  • Support Storage and Network Infrastructure
  • Administration of the virtual server environment (VMware ESXI)
  • Deploying Workstations, Rendernodes and Server 
  • Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on user workstations
  • Tape backup administration 
  • Documentation and Reporting


  • Strong Background in Linux OS (RHEL6+) Windows and OSX Administration (3 years+)
  • Solid Understanding of heterogeneous network environments 
  • Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software

VFX Line Producer - London Posted 30/10/2018

We currently have an opening in our London studio for a Line Producer to work on feature film and television projects. Immediate start available.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Producer and Supervisors to create, implement and run the schedule, track and manage the workflow through the departments and meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Oversee the work of the coordinators and ensure the good organisation of dailies, rounds and meetings and the taking of notes and follow up of information.
  • Ensure the production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information.
  • Communicate changes to client sessions, dailies or meetings either directly or through the Coordinators
  • Keep communication flowing from the Supervisor to the Leads, crew or other departments
  • Anticipate and communicate issues to the Producer and Supervisor in order to resolve problems quickly.
  • Take responsibility for knowing the details of the schedule and advising the Coordinators accordingly.
  • Oversee the execution of client deliveries.
  • Help in managing Editorial workflows.


Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience at Senior VFX Coordinator or Line Producer level
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in working with Shotgun
  • The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
  • An in-depth understanding of live-action and CG based VFX workflows
  • The ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing artists and clients
  • Knowledge of FTP software
  • Previous scheduling experience

We are looking for a Pipeline TD for our London office.

Primary responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining pipeline tools used by departments

• Work with the Lead Artist and TD to integrate facility-wide technologies with departmental workflows

• Address technical problems the artists encounter and develop custom tools to improve the workflow

• Work directly with various departments to create and maintain pipeline workflows between departments

Key requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with wide variety of people

• Experience with Maya, Nuke and other VFX applications

• Proved experience in Python and pyqt

• Proved experience in a VFX software

• Passion for digging into problems and bugs

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in VFX

• Linux Environment

• Knowledge of Shotgun
